Hi!
My name is Hong Kyung Lee, but my friends call me H.K. I’m a recent graduate of Rutgers University-New Brunswick where I majored in Information Technology & Informatics (ITI) and minored in Business Administration (BA).
My experiences in technical writing, user-centered research, and customer service taught me the importance of empathizing with users to develop a strong understanding of target mental models in making key business decisions. Most importantly, I would love to be a part of a great team that cares enough to make a difference and push boundaries (backed by intuition + analytics). Some of my hobbies include spending time with my family and friends, baking cakes, and reading biographies/autobiographies.
